The 16th International Symposium was held in Slano near Dubrovnik, organized by Ministry of the Interior (Croatia) and HCR-CTRO d.o.o. The partner-country was Hungary. This year's Symposium was attended by 180 participants from 30 countries all over the world. One of the topics of the symposium was the use of new technologies in mine action where the project "Bee4Exp" was presented by Mr. Ross Gillanders from USTAN. Furthermore, the project was presented through the article in "Book of papers" and through leaflets, roll-up and paper blocks, supported by the NATO Science for Piece and Security Programme.
